Water Banking/Storage, Water Treatment, Solar are natural resources that are vital to California’s economy because they address the critical issues of drought, natural and clean energy and jobs. These natural resources are also important because they have National Security ramifications and allow us to reduce our dependence on foreign energy resources. California has unique geographical and commodity resources for energy that includes solar, water and other natural resources. The key is to harness and invest in these resources in a responsible and prudent manner.
